To find the Fighter-Mentalist trainer:
Make a twig to return to Nork. Go to Frore
|

From the West gate of Frore head SouthWest to a small island just off the SW coast. (If you are a fighter, you will need a respirate device.. helm, boots, twig or scroll.)

Swim SW from there to the stairs to the Hally Giant. Go up the stairs. |

|
Head South as far as you can go then use arrow key to jump off cliff. |
|
|
Make sure you Class train after dedicating to get your attacks to the right level.
